This antique Wedgwood plate in brown transferware is detailed with a plethora of rich, hand painted color added in shades of rust, cobalt, pink, gold, yellow, taupe, teal, green, blue and brown.  A stunning acanthus leaf garland with urns and swags frames the charming scene of two women washing clothes at the banks of the river.  Along the shoreline are gorgeous villas and a bridge.   Has a deep mustard trim around the edge.  Absolutely stunning colors and scenery!

Condition:  Beautiful..no chips or cracks, however there is a very tight hairline that shows about 1" on back only.
